Refund Policy
All products are made to order, therefore all sales are final. However, if there is an issue with the item received such: wrong product, wrong size or bad graphic please send us a picture of it and we will replace the item. For US customers you have 30 days from shipping date to submit a replacement request. International customers have 60 days from shipping date. Please provide your name, email, order number, picture of damaged or incorrect product and the necessary information (size, style, etc.) in order to replace the item. Please keep in mind the products offered in this online store are custom made when you place your order. Therefore, all orders take time to process, print, and ship. As general guide orders are processed within 3 - 6 business days. However, during peak seasons orders can take up to 9 - 12 business days to process. Peak season can consist of major holidays such as: Valentine’s Day, St. Patrick's Day, Easter, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Fourth of July, Back to School, Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas/New Year’s. Please keep the above information in mind when placing an order.
